It all started when…
I was losing my mind! I would receive a new order via Gmail, type up each invoice in PayPal, email the invoice, add the order to my Google Calendar, design, email proofs, receive sketchy approvals via email, track expenses in PayPal, follow-up with my client in Gmail and keep all notes and client info in a Google Doc Log. OMG!
When I found out about Dubsado I had no clue what a CRM was. Essentially a CRM, like Dubsado, is a customer relationship management software that allows you to easily keep track of your leads, clients, schedule appointments, sign contracts and send invoices, all from one platform. I tried it out and immediately knew it was for me, for life - literally. I have been with them since 2017, I was able to snag a Lifetime plan at the time when they offered it, and rave about them to every business owner I come across.
Not only does Dubsado handle all of my clients and orders but it is also a face for my business. It gives each client a personal one-on-one experience and I have receive so many compliments on how I run my business. You can add in your own branding, easily design your own proposals, contracts & forms and also have secured client portal for your clients to easily view their items.
Their customer service, or Dubsado Community as I like to call it, is AMAZING. They respond very quickly (even on weekends), host webinars and tutorials and have an awesome Facebook Group to meet fellow Dubsado users and even the owners themselves. Not only is Dubsado great for creatives like myself but it is amazing for any business owner who is in need of the features I have listed below:
